ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement between the association and the member constitutes the full agreement of understanding between the parties.
It is understood this is a structured membership organization and both parties have an obligation to put forth their best efforts at growing the association’s membership base.
It is understood that all of the member’s personal referrals will be placed in the members personal structured organization.
It is understood the association makes no guarantees of benefits to the member, except as to the correctness of the membership structure and that the benefits accrued per that structure will benefit the member.
It is understood that the association’s leadership will strive to bring the member products that could have a strong and positive impact for the member, and offset the cost of membership.
It is understood that if the member is a citizen of these united states of America all benefits that accrue to the member are not reported and are exempt from taxation under the current laws as of the date of this agreement. If the member is a citizen of Canada there is still no reporting by the association to the government of that country, and those members should act according to the laws that govern them.
It is understood that this agreement constitutes a contract between the parties hereto, and shall bar any interference by the government of The United States under the protection of contracts as laid out in the Constitution.
It is understood that all disputes will be handled internally between the Member and the Association, and if mediation is needed it will be scheduled by the association with an impartial mediator for resolution.
It is understood that the monthly membership fee of $50 is simply a membership dues to be a member and does not entitle the member to any benefits except for the monthly newsletter, one downloadable e-book per month, and the ability to attend informative calls that the association will schedule. All benefits come from the membership benefit structure as is explained on the website.
